Hypnotherapy is a gentle yet powerful way to reconnect with your inner world — a bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind. Many people associate hypnosis with stage shows or entertainment, but therapeutic hypnotherapy is something entirely different. It’s not about control or suggestion — it’s about cooperation. In this state, you remain fully aware and in charge, while your mind becomes open and receptive to positive change.

Each session lasts around two hours and begins with a conversation about what you’re currently experiencing and what you’d like to shift or explore. From there, I guide you into a deeply relaxed state using breathing, visualization, and gentle suggestion.
During hypnosis, we may work directly with your subconscious to understand its messages, release what no longer serves you, and integrate new perspectives. Each session is unique — an intuitive process that unfolds according to what your mind and spirit are ready for.
Afterward, we often create a simple plan or inner practice you can continue between sessions to help anchor the changes made during hypnosis.
