How long are the session?

All sessions last 2 hours, and I recommend leaving three to four weeks between them. If a client requires shorter intervals, I can offer 1-hour sessions once a week. In my experience, unless you are seeing a therapist on a weekly basis, 1-hour sessions are often too short to truly understand what is happening in your mind at the present moment. The mind changes with time, and my goal is to create lasting change in clients’ lives. I aim towards every session to having an impact.

What’s the cost of the sessions?

A 2-hour session costs £90 ($120). I accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer to a UK bank account. For clients who wish to continue therapy at prearranged intervals, I offer a package of 5 sessions for £400 ($530).

How many session do I need to achieve a change?

The process is highly individual and depends on the type of issue. In general, anxiety tends to be quicker to address than depression, as it is not as deeply rooted in the brain and the body’s chemical responses. My goal is to begin providing coping techniques from day one, giving you the breathing space needed to reach the root of the problem, rather than only fighting the symptoms of depression, anxiety, or other negative thought patterns. My therapy is designed to help you regain control and build confidence.
